On New Year’s Eve, Jared took Erika on a boat ride to celebrate their anniversary. She had expected him to pop the question on their recent vacation to Colorado, but was completely unaware that he had been planning the proposal here, in the middle of Lady Bird Lake.

Weeks of planning the logistics and coordinating the time and location led to this beautiful proposal on a crisp but sunny day- the last day of the year. The fireworks were for you two that night! 🎆
